Show Me Installs New SignageDSC 0228

With transfer of the Centerview assets completed, one of the first items on the agenda was the removal of the Missouri Bioenergy signs once there, in favor of Show Me Energy Cooperative signage on Missouri Hiway 58. The signs are completed, they are installed and they proclaim to everyone passing by, who we are and how we can be contacted.

Congressman Ike Skelton Meets with Show Me Energy

August 28th, 2007

On August 15th, one of the hottest days of the year, at 3:30 in the afternoon, Congressman Ike Skelton (D-Missouri) came to the Show Me Energy Cooperative site in Centerview, Missouri for an introduction to our process, a tour of the site and to offer to lend his help to the ongoing pursuit of available grant monies that might be applicable to Show skelton 1 Me’s current and future plans.

Despite the heat, Congressman Skelton and his party were treated to a complete explanation of Show Me’s pellet operation, Phase One of Show Me Energy’s business plan and introduced to the second phase which will be production of cellulosic ethanol.

We look forward to staying in touch with Congressman Skelton and having him visit once the plant is completed and ready to go into full operation.

Show Me Energy President Steve Flick discusses operations with Congressman Ike Skelton. The bagging
machinery for placing finished pellets into bags for consumer purchase can be seen in the background.
